SwarnKasa was born from a simple observation: the real estate industry in India needed more transparency and data-driven decision making. As technical architects with over 12 years of experience in building software systems, we saw an opportunity to apply our analytical skills to help people make better property decisions.
When we started exploring real estate investments ourselves, we were frustrated by the lack of reliable data, opaque pricing, and pushy sales tactics. We wanted to know the real appreciation history of projects, understand micro-market dynamics, and make decisions based on facts, not just promises.
